HEYHEY!!

im backkkkkkkkkkkkkkk!!!

yes. miss me. HAHA! =PP

im such a sad case. go taipei as a 16-year-old++ girl and came back as a 17-year-old girl. SIANN AH! see the number 17 then siann already. hais. i wish im still 16. well, nothing to celebrate for my 17thyear. seriously. i mean, unlike 16 or 18. AIYO.

i shall remind you that this post is freaking long. you might take days to finish. you can dont read, if you want too. HAHA.

well, the trip to taipei for me is so-so only lohs. =/ i was having headache ALL ALONG my trip. dammit.

i thought when i first entered the plane and i had headache was purely due to neverousness (though i dont feel any nervous or excited =X) but i had it all the way till i reached singapore. --"

YES. congrats me. i finally went onto the plane! YAY! =DD

the experience on the plane was alright lahs. quite excited when i entered the toilet. HAHA. damn funny. `cause the toilet door doesnt look like one. --" i thought is cabinet door or something. then my sis ask the air stewardess then i realise it is a toilet. the funny part is i dont know how to open! like no knob or something for me to pull or push. --" then i realised just pushed the door and it will flip open. AIYO.

then i stayed for quite some time inside the toilet to see what's all the stuffs inside about. like the buttons and everything. HAHA! all until i 研究 finish and came out of the toilet, i realised there are freaking many people outside waiting for the toilet. o.o OOPS. HAHA.

seated back on my seat. looking at everything that amazed me. including where's the life vest and everything! HAHA. and got once i was looking at the remote control. and i clicked on every button to see what's happening. and i accidentally click on the light. and i looked DAMN BRIGHT. i thought what happened sia. after that i realised i click on the light above. --" HAHA.

cant blame me right. it's my first time boarding the plane mahs... then this air stewardess who served us look like peifen (yes933 dj). HAHA. the older version of her. xP

everything looks cool. the food also cool. just that i dont have much appetite and my mum forced me to finish it. --" nothing much lahs. HAHA. and i know i got 'plane sick'. AIYO. so siann.

in the trip to taipei.. i have thousand of photos! but wont be blogging it today. no mood. but i will roughly talk about taipei lahs. but will leave the photos talking the next time.. (^^,)

throughout my trip... i found out 13 weird/cool things that i wanna share. =D

no.ONE:
actually taiwan is somehow similar to singapore. as in their standard of living. but probably their buildings doesnt much say so. anyways, the most difficult thing i encounter there was their toilet paper.

you may look at me O.o this way. and im not sure if this happens to guys. but for us GIRLS... you know after we pee/shit.. it's damn naturally for us to throw the toilet paper INSIDE the toilet bowl.. but in taiwan, they dont do it.

so how they throw it away?! every cubicle has a small rubbish bin PURELY for toilet paper. so after you pee/shit, you will throw the toilet paper into the bin next to the toilet bowl. reason being: their pipe is smaller than ours, so if we throw it inside, the pipe would stuck.

LOL. so the first time i went inside the hotel room to pee.. i FORGOT! and i throw it inside the toilet bowl. (this part is quite disgusting.. LOL) i just stand there and wonder what you happen. YES, i really stood and stare down the toilet bowl. `cause i seriously dont know what to do. somemore it wasnt my hotel room. it's my parents'. so im too scared to say anything. the next stupid thing i did was: my hand just went into the toilet bowl and took out the paper. --"

damn. i know it's so disgusting. but what can i do? LOL. but dont worry lahs.. i already wash my hand like so many times. I SWEAR. =X of course with soap lahs! and with bacterial-free soap. =X i hope my hand didnt rot. =X

but afterwards, got like three times i forgot and threw it in.. i just wash it down. =X i mean.. it's public toilet lehs. i dont want my hand to take the papers out again. =X so i just press the shit button. HAHA. well, in case you wondering what the shit button means.. in taiwan, most of their toilet bowl has this 大号 button and 小号button. yes, the former means shit button. and the latter means pee button. LOL.

so went i came back to singapore.. and went into the toilet of changi airport, i finally claimed to myself: YAY! i can throw the paper into the toilet bowl already. HAHA. probably because we are not used to throw into bins, it's quite tough for me to keep reminding myself to throw it in to bins rather than the toilet bowl. quite stress too. HAHA.

alright. i shall say this again: my hand is now CLEAN already (in case you think im disgusting. =X).

no.TWO:
talking about dustbins.. you know they actually mind about recycling. they have this recycle bins everywhere. or actually, some areas only. and those normal bins, we just call it rubbish bin lahs. the green ones. but they called it: 一般垃圾. LOL. i laugh like hell when i see it. oh, their chinese is slightly different from ours. HAHA.

no.THREE:
i find this quite cool. firstly, in singapore right.. when we cross junctions roads, ours are like horizontal cross first and then the vertical cross. =X i dont know how to explain lahs. but you have to take turns to cross. BUT in taiwan, theirs are cars and pedestrians take turns to cross! when it's pedestrians' turn, ALL the cars will stop. yes, i mean ALL. then you everybody will started crossing. and the most amazing thing is.. you can just cross DIAGONALLY!

in case you dont know what im talking about.. i drew it for you.

Photo Sharing and Video Hosting at Photobucket

okaes. so for example.. in singapore, we want to cross from A to C. we would have to cross either from D or B first.. then to C right?! BUT in taiwan, you can just cross diagonally from A to C! that's because all the cars has already stopped, so can just cross without having to worry! cool right?!

but the thing i dislike about their traffic is the roads. you know for ours, only certain areas have zebra-crossing.. but for theirs, everywhere when pedestrains crossed, there are zebra-crossing. --" just that most of them (in fact all) have traffic lights. got quite a few times i forgot about it, thinking it's zebra-crossing (`cause it's short roads) and i just crossed without realising the red man appeared. then the cars just came horning at me. --"

LOL. well, we are just not used to it. =X

no.FOUR:
and you know they are freaking FRIENDLY PEOPLE! everywhere you go, they would welcome you to their shops. standing at their doorsteps and saying it to every guests: 欢迎观临! 进来看看哦! LOL. then their 欢迎观临 got this special pronounciation that i just mastered. LOL. brendan is the first person to hear it (other than my family members). HAHA! like so fun to imitate them lahs. =P

but once you hear like for quite some time from a SAME person, you get so irritated. like even 7-11 has it! but the people there just like hear the 'DING-DONG!" then they will start to say: 欢迎观临! then even if people just accidentally walked past and the door opens, they will also say. --" then got even once we went taipei101 that freaking tall building, there's this girl at the basement selling some beef noodle, and she keep repeating the same thing over and over again that makes me so irritated. people just walked past only then she will start to say. like some recorded macine repeating itself. and her voice is like so LOUD lahs. --"

no.FIVE:
HAHA! i like about this part. you know all the shop.. the aunties call me 妹妹! like: 妹妹你要什么? 阿姨拿给你.. UNLIKE singaporeans lohs! i freaking hate people who call me "MDM'". eh, come on lahs, i look far more younger than any people i met that call me mdm. i still remembered i was in macdonals, when this lady call me MDM. i stare at her straight. EH, she's like one or two years older than me or the same age lohs. and she freaking call me MDM!

then the other person who called me mdm was when im in guardian. i wanted to change the lagguage bag to a smaller one. then i waited down there for people to change with me `cause the staff ask me to wait. then this UNCLE (yes, he's like my uncle already) call me MDM. ass him. i know calling ladies mdm is like respect or something.. but i just freaking hate people who call me mdm.

so taiwanese better. =P they call me 妹妹. like sounds nicer than MDM lahs. they even call my mum 姐姐 LAH. learn how to treat your customers, please. =PP

no.SIX:
OH. the bad thing about taiwanese is when they bumped onto me, they wont say sorry. like it's not my fault lahs!

and almost everybody i met who bumped onto me doesnt say sorry. if you happen to meet one who will, let me know. HAHA. `cause all of mine wont.

and im not freaking short until you cannot see me right! there's this occasion when there's a FREAKING BIG GAP between me and the shop. or rather the goods outside their shop. and this lady, who dont know rushing for what shit, just rushed off me and bumped onto me. WITHOUT having to say sorry or what. SO RUDE.

i stare at her for quite sometime and stare at the gap. THAT GAP, can at least stand like 2 people next to me lahs! --" and she has to bump onto me. ass her. =X

well, no offense. just unhappy about why EVERYBODY who bump onto me doesnt say sorry. LOL.

no.SEVEN:
and their mrt/taxi/buses are like so cool!

firstly their mrt! well, almost all their mrt i saw was underground ones. but unlike ours, theirs dont have this glass panel thingy. so it's like you can actually commit suicide there in their underground mrts (like commiting suicide on the mrt is so happening in singapore such that when one's dies, the whole mrt is affected). what im trying to say was that ours jumping off to the tracks are those not from the undergrounds. our underground mrts have glass panel and you cant commit suicide there. but their mrt is so cool.

never mind. =X i dont know what im talking about. =X

then their taxi! actually, if really have to make a comparisons between singapore cabs and taiwan cabs.. i would far prefer taiwan cabs. firstly, their rate isnt as high as ours. and with their low rates, their service is far MUCH better than singapore cabs. on our trip in taipei, we took the cabs thrice. firstly from somewhere back to our hotel. this uncle keep talking to us.. making jokes and everything. the second one was so-so. trying to tell us to book one for the whole day is cheaper than what we are trying to do now (making business. =X). the thrid one was better. `cause we still have to rush off for dnd. so my dad told the uncle that we are in a hurry actually. this uncle, told us that about 15mins or so will reach. but the speed at he's driving, he took 10mins!

amazing right. like you compared to our cabs.. they purposely took the longest route that they can find to cheat your money as much as possible. or purposely took the way that has the most traffic lights. our rate, even though it's red light and it's not moving.. the rate continues to jumps like crazy. but theirs, is really by how much we have travelled. and for every 0.3km, they charge for NT$5 (approx S$0.25). look at ours. TSKTSK.

and even though our cabs are neatly attired, they just find ways to cheat our money lahs (well, i dont ususally take cabs. but those who i have seen, are just not good enough. i only seen like one or two who are unusually nice to us). but in taipei, their cabs dress in shorts kaes! but their service is better!!

and when we came back to singapore, we wanted to take a cab back to our house because all the luggages are heavy. then in the next queue was this MERCEDES cab. freak. i almost fainted because i know mercedes cabs are much expensive. then i thought the service would be good (i always thought it is but it never came true. =X) well, the driver just excalimed that his boot cannot fit in so much luggage and explaining that his cab cannot tie up like any other cabs BLAHBLAH.

i stare at him. and he keep telling my dad cannot WITHOUT TRYING. gosh. then came this another cab who is even smaller in size than the merc cab.. this driver helped us to fit in our luggage even though he did claim that cannot fit in. but GUESS WHAT?! every luggage fit in nicely and still has space for another one. ASS THAT MERC DRIVER.

no offense but i seriouslt think that their service could have been better. =) zzz i think the cabs drivers should seriously revise on how bad their service is. =X

lastly their buses! COOL manx. their buses all freaking nice. nicer than ours. LOL. no biasness but all their buses are air-conditioned and it's clean. maybe because i always take buses to school and work, i kinda numb to our buses in singapore. so actually, the buses in taiwan amazed me. =X

and the tour buses they had.. all so CUTE! i wish i can hug them. LOL. the one we take was like so-so. but there's one i see, and if im not wrong, that's a school bus. it's so COLOURFUL lahs! like you would want to take the bus. all their tour buses is double deck. the first deck is for luggage purposes, and the top deck is for humans. HAHA. so it's like you would get to see things at a better view! LOL.

no.EIGHT:
and the common thing in taiwanese girls are their hairstyle. --" all the same. all machiam like just went into the oven. and im talking about taiwanese teen girls' hair. all the same. i see already siann liaos. aiya, just like how our teen girls have the same hairstyle. =X so common. --"

no.NINE:
ohya. the guys there are DAMN handsome! LOL. singaporean guys like doesnt amazed me much. all the same hairstyle, same pattern same clothing. but taiwanese guys right.. their face all like good-looking ones!!

good for me lahs, the guys all good-looking. =PP *grins* even their ugliest to me, it's like they have this nerd face. they make themselves look as nerd as possible. wear specs and everything but actually, they are quite good-looking. OH! just like hweekhim! =P

no.TEN:
oh. they are famous for the 臭豆腐 which i hate alot. it's NOT NICE lahs. and the smell stinks so much. =X you know in singapore ah... mostly is like one stall out of many sell 臭豆腐. but in taipei, the night market there ah.. almost the whole street has it! and it stinks so much and add oil to my headache.

seriously, it's not nice. =X some people like it lahs. but i dont. the stench smell like some pee and the taste is so yucky lohs. dont know why some people will fond of it.

maybe different people different taste. just like how some people dont like durians and i think durians are so-so. LOL. but i sincerely wont recommend people to eat 臭豆腐 unless they want to.

just like how shihui recommend me the 阿祖面线 (ah zou mee sua) i dont know if correct spelling. but anyways, alot of people recommend this to me. then when i taste, it's not that nice lahs. =X to me, it's so-so only. so salty. maybe because there's too much quantity and their quality drops. =X and also because psychological thinking lahs. so many people ask you to try, then you would thougt that it's a supreme good food. but after you try, the food is so-so only so it actually disappoints you. HA.

no.ELEVEN:
and oh. their shirts are all free size. so those out-of-size people have to look for special stall that extends the size. and they normally dont have place for testing of clothes. they dont practice it lahs. so it's like you have to buy carefully. i guess that explains why taiwanese are so skinny. HA.

no.TWELVE:
the cool thing is their driving license can be easily get! our tour guide even show us how they test for driving. it's like a S-shape road. so the instructor will ask you to drive through the S-shape road, and drive backwards back to the start point. and also how to park your car. so different right! and you got to sit inside the car yourself. unlike ours lahs. the instructor just sat next to you and see how you drive. so stress right!

but i think ours is better. `cause we gotta learn how to drive safely. the tour guide told us that when they see drivers like anyhow drive, they tend to forgive them because from what they learn they dont have the experience on how to drive when it comes to the real road. haas.

and their motorcyle is DAMN cheap. it's like almost one and half of their monthly income. GOSH. that's what the tour guide say lahs. and the monthly income refers to generally. like our monthly income is about $4000? o.o somewhere there i suppose.

so those freaking rich people can get to have thousands of motorcycles. LOL. and their vehicles dont have this 'expiry date' like ours. better right!! =(

no.THIRTEEN:
OH! and also they believe in fortune telling. during our trip we got our fortune told, for free. (^^,) then for mine, i believe but not to the extend of being crazy at it. and to me, they like want to cheat our money.

you know they tell fortune using our chinese name. and actually, our name is like nothing will happens, but they purposely make it such that they want you to buy the jade. well, you can dont buy, but it's like half fake half true.

from what we know, fortune tellers normally tell our fortune because they are being paid. so the more you depends on how bad your life is. so they would purposely say your life until how bad how cham so that you can pay them. but because this place can tell for free, so they are more straight-forward.

and the person said our PM even came to has his fortune told. and our merlion, which shifted also has the reason. because it's actually FENGSHUI. tsk. i thought the government has nothing to do and shifted the merlion. HMMMS. so now i know.

but anyways, my name is actually looks good. but the person count wrongly lahs. he say my 倪 will occur many illness throughout my life. in other words: weak. =X but i dont know if it's good because actually it's okaes. he just counted wrongly LAH. --"

but he say i can do business. HOHOHOOHOHHO. and im doubting it. however, if he count correctly, i dont think i can do business. LOL!

so, it's actually up to one to believe lahs. BLESS ME! =X

yep! that's all. gosh, it's so long. HAHA.

but anyways, i think i become even more cheena liaos. because all the road signs and everything are in chinese! i have to take quite some time to wonder what is it. somemore, theirs is the older verison of chinese. imagine how long i take to see what's talking about. LOL.

OHYA!

guess what! my another wish is to become air stewardess. HAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHHA!

i know it's freaking funny and with my height, it's even such impossible to be one. but because i tried pushing the door to the containers on top and i can reach!! =D hey, all the air stewardess wear heels alright. so with heels, i can reach what! LOL!

but i think they are looking for people who are super tall like singye, adelene, shihui or peiyi. HMM. never mind. i shall try. LOL!

i heard to be an air stewardess.. they will ask you to sit in a circle, and start talking about a topic. o.o so the more you talk, the better it will be. air stewardess must be initiative lahs, in an other words. HAHA. and they will also listen to your command in english. cannot have singlish LAH. quick, faster talk to me!! =PP

then another round is whereby have to wear swimming costumes and started to swim like dont know how many laps.. they will look at your figure. =X i think i fail in this. LOL. never mind, i can start on dieting. HAHA!

LOL. ya ya ya. dream on. i can never be an air stewardess manx.

OHYA!! i also encounter an air steward. gosh, he's so good-looking!! i didnt expect him to smile at me or what. but once we alight, i waited for my parents and sis to buy their liquor. so i stood outside the store and staring into space. JUST THEN, this air steward who serve us, walked past me and he turned to say BYEBYE to me. GOSH!

yes, my heart almost melted lahs. LOL.

you know i happily told my mum and guess what she say?! "哇! 你有机会了!!" LOL. the sad thing is i never take photos with him lahs! =PP

kaes. i shall continue dreaming. LOL.

anyways, saw this thing at junhong's blog. and he tagged me (i guess he dont have any other friend with the name XINNI.. so i guessed it's me). HA. but anyways, i think im back doing this thing again. --" remembered last time when i started blogging, so many freaking people in blogs and friendsters asking me to do this. so i did. after awhile i find it stupid and stop already. as for now, although i still find it as stupid, i still did it because it wasnt really that alot compared to last time.

anyways, here it goes (quite short too (^^,)V):

5 things in the bag: papers (to make my 'boneless' bag look upright --"), mp3, phone, wallet, water bottle.
5 things in the wallet: my PENGUIN photo (^^,), notes, coins, receipts, name cards.
5 favourite things at your home: bed, bolster (--"), xanno, tv, fan (o.O)
5 things you want: more tops, more MONEY, try to design another pair of shoes (if im free), sleep, watch tv!
5 things you are doing now: doing this thingy, sitting down, chatting with nicole, coughing, thinking of what to write.
5 people i want to tag: anybody who see this and feels like doing it. =))

YAY. done. i know some quite lame. `cause i really dont know what to write. =PP

well, shall blog the next time. gosh, it's freaking long. =X paiseh!

Hello. in this blog here, i like to jot down small little stuffs even if it is just here to scold people who pissed me off. i enjoy my life to the fullest. i love my family and my friends, and penguins as well. the best thing about me is that i think and dream a lot. I have always dream about marrying a rich guy and wish for a perfect life so that i would not have to worry about what's coming my way. i also dream about getting a gorgeous figure so that i can eat without having to worry about getting fat. i like blue and hate pink. by the way, did i mention? i love penguins. yep, they are the cutest animals on earth. i admire the beauty that the nature brings out and it never fails to give me a peace of mind. oh, im a little anti-social and doesnt like to talk to people who i dont know. when i dont smile, i look fierce. but im not unfriendly. im a nice person actually.
